INITIAL CONSULTATION

At the initial consultation with Caitie, she will ask the needs and expectations specific to your project. All measurements, specifications, and photos will also be taken. The time frame, scope, and budget will be discussed and defined, and Caitie will begin the design process with her team!

two.

SCHEMATIC PLAN

At this stage, Caitie and her assistants will create a schematic design and overall plan for the interior space(s). Caitie will then present to you the rough plan with elevations, a proposed furniture layout, selected finishes, etc. for your review.

three.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Following an agreed upon schematic plan, Caitie and her assistants will begin selecting furniture, lighting, accessories, fixtures, paint, etc. At this point, Caitie will provide a detailed estimate for the cost of the selected items. Your needs and budget will be considered throughout the whole process!

four.

CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION

Once the estimate is approved, the project will be ready for install and construction (if applicable). Caitie’s team  will maintain the highest standards when overseeing the shipment and delivery of all purchases and will schedule the installation to be on time with the overall project time frame!
